Gesture of Awareness

is a spiritual path that explores  the experience of simple presence through the body — at rest, in motion, and in contact with others and the environment. By just being in stillness and just moving in uncomplicated gestures, we spontaneously shed the limitations of personal history and concepts.

The practice of  Gesture of Awareness reinstates the spiritual path in the relationship with others.

Presence to ordinary experience is the Sacred – that which offers no still point, the dizziness of the immediate that defies all knowledge and offers no place to rest.

The Gesture of Awareness Workshop will take place in The Finca Paradiso, Andalusia, from September 27 to October 10, 2025.

Schedule:

– 06:30 to 07:00: Meditation
– 07:15 to 08:00: Qigong or Yoga

– 08:00 to 09:00: Breakfast

– 10:00 to 12:30: Morning session

– 01:00pm to 01:45pm: Light meal
– 01:45pm to 03:00pm: Rest

– 03:00pm to 06:00pm: Afternoon session

– 06:30pm to 07:30pm: Dinner

-08:00pm …: free discussions

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a participant should cancel this event 2 months before the starting date, it is refundable less a €300 administration fee. If cancelled 1 month before the event, 50% is refundable . If cancelled less than 1 month before the event, there is no refund.
Participants may wish to take out an insurance to cover themselves in case of any eventuality
